Fantastic lunch and great deal! I stopped by this sushi restaurant for lunch, and I ordered the Lunch Roll Combo, which included Tuna roll, sashimi and sushi. Every single one was fresh and delicious, some of the best sushi I've had in a while.  Also it was such a great deal, there was an ongoing promotion - buy one and get one 50% off, available all day and everyday. I'll be back next time for dinner to explore more of their menu!

So good we came back for seconds. I've been hosting my brother and his fiancé this past week and took them to Ikeda for lunch. They loved the experience so much that they asked to come back for round two before returning to Arizona. We ordered a variety of dishes for the table, starting with appetizers, including edamame and tempura. The tempura dish is stacked with deep fried squash, carrots, shrimp, and broccoli. Deliciously unhealthy. We also shared the rainbow roll, Garfield roll, baked salmon roll, baked scallop roll, and chicken karrage. Overall, Ikeda provides a fantastic sushi with fresh ingredients and well-executed dishes. If you're a fan of baked rolls or fried sides, this is a spot you shouldn't miss.

AMAZING SERVICE! I gave celiac disease so it's really hard to find places to eat. I am very aware of cross contamination but they take the most precautions they can. Special shoutout to LINDA who has helped me quite often and is very accommodating. Thank you!!

The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. My favorites were the King Kong Roll and Jason's Roll - both were packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The combination of textures and flavors in each roll was just perfect. The service was great as well; the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, I'm very satisfied with both the food and the service, and I'll definitely be coming back soon!

Restaurant tucked away behind the Starbucks drive thru. I was able to phone in my order and pick up within 15 minutes. I stopped in around 2:30PM for a late lunch and only a couple of tables were taken, so it's a good time to avoid the crowd. I ordered the Orange Roll, which is a shrimp tempura roll topped with salmon. Since I got my order to go, the spicy mayo and eel sauce were packed in a small cup. I also got the Cherry Blossom Roll, which was a spicy tuna roll topped with tuna, green onion, and masago. Personally, I loved the Orange Roll the best! When I picked up my order I was pleasantly surprised to get the BOGO 50% off deal, they automatically gave me the discount. Yummy lunch and a great deal, can't go wrong!

Solid sushi with a variety of specialty rolls. Everything was of good quality! Not amazing but still really good. Even though they delivered from Huntington Beach all the way to Newport Beach, the food was packaged well and the sushi arrived still cool which was good. The California roll was great and my kids enjoyed it. My husband enjoyed the cherry blossom roll (spicy tuna with raw tuna and masago on top). I liked the Orange Roll which was salmon on top with shrimp tempura, cucumber and avocado inside however it had A TON of cucumber like too much which I picked some out. My favorite roll was the Washington Roll that had the special sauce. It had a lot of onions but they were easy to pick off and I did enjoy some of them. Overall Ikeda Japanese Dining was a good choice for sushi delivery and while I won't be eating on the regular however I will for sure order delivery from them again in the future!
